6-8 medium strawberries
1 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 Tablespoon sugar
2 large eggs
1/3 cup low-fat milk
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Non-stick cooking spray/ oil

Recipe Notes:
1. Use any seasonal fresh fruits to replace strawberries.
2. Replace the cocoa mixture (or just add to) by topping with honey soaked fruits.
