Smoothies

Fresh fruit smoothies with combination of all different fruits and a base of your choice- water/ coconut water/ milk/ almond milk/ yogurt, is so refreshing and healthy. It makes a quick and easy breakfast recipe.
You could use all or any or as many fruits that you might have in your fridge in multiple different combinations with a base of your choice- water/ coconut water/ milk/ almond milk/ yogurt, depending on how thick or thin you like the smoothie. I like to add honey as a sweetener and sprinkle of cinnamon powder (optional). For toppings, you could use chia seeds, hemp seeds or sliced almonds.
