This Chia Fruit Pudding Bowl has immense health benefits of chia seeds and the fresh fruits you add. Chia seeds are extremely rich in healthy omega-3 fatty acids, carbohydrates, protein, fiber, antioxidants, and calcium. Ingredients:
1 banana, cut into slices
1 cup pineapple, cleaned and cut
2-3 tablespoon Honey or as required
¾ cup chia seeds
¾-1 cup almond milk
2 kiwis, sliced
2 strawberries, cut into halves
8-10 blueberries
2 red cherries
2 tablespoon sliced almonds

Method:

  1. In a mason jar, add ¾ cup chia seeds, ¾-1 cup almond milk, and 1-2 tablespoon honey. Cover and soak it overnight.
  2. Add the cut banana, pineapple, and 1-2 tablespoon honey into a blender and make a smooth paste.
  3. In a bowl pour the soaked chia seeds in one-half and the pureed banana-pineapple mix in other.
  4. Top with sliced kiwis, strawberries, blueberries, red cherries and sliced almonds. The wholesome Chia Fruit Pudding is ready to serve.
